Job Summary


The Junior Executive Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to senior executives to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role assists with scheduling, communications, documentation, and coordination tasks, and is ideal for an early-career professional seeking to develop executive-level administrative and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and scheduling

  • Assist with preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Manage emails, calls, and basic communications on behalf of executives as directed

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

  • Assist with expense tracking, reimbursements, and invoice processing

  • Support meeting logistics, including agendas, note-taking, and follow-ups

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts as required




Requirements


Required Qualifications


  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or support role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
