The Junior Executive Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to senior executives to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role assists with scheduling, communications, documentation, and coordination tasks, and is ideal for an early-career professional seeking to develop executive-level administrative and organizational skills.
Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and scheduling
Assist with preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Manage emails, calls, and basic communications on behalf of executives as directed
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Assist with expense tracking, reimbursements, and invoice processing
Support meeting logistics, including agendas, note-taking, and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts as required
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
