The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organized, scrappy, solutions-oriented Junior Event Producer to support the execution of our live experiences from concept to launch. This role works directly under the Senior Project Manager and plays a critical hands-on role in getting events off the ground; managing logistics, coordinating vendors, tracking timelines, and being boots-on-the-ground during installs and openings.

This is not a sideline position; you will be in the details, in the field, and often in the action, especially during launch weeks.

While Bucket Listers is a remote-first company, this position will require the candidate to maintain residency in the eastern time zone.

In this role, you will:

  • Support end-to-end event production across multiple cities and activations
  • Assist with vendor coordination (fabricators, AV, F&B partners, staffing agencies, etc.)
  • Track production timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
  • Help manage permitting, COI collection, and venue compliance requirements
  • Coordinate shipments, inventory, and on-site logistics
  • Build and maintain run-of-show documents and operational playbooks
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of event staff
  • Travel to event sites for install, launch, and strike
  • Troubleshoot real-time issues during openings (guest flow, staffing gaps, tech hiccups, vendor delays, etc.)
  • Be a proactive problem-solver when things inevitably shift

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, hospitality, operations, or relative field.
  • Experience supporting live event launches or large-scale productions preferred
  • Extremely resourceful and autonomous in execution
  • Strong collaborator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong relationship builder through high levels of customer service, integrity and professionalism.
  • Extremely organized multi-tasker who can balance multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Self-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work extended hours during installs
  • Passionate about the Bucket Listers mission

We’re in the business of fun and we are excited to collaborate with people that will add value to our mission and culture.

Bucket Listers is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
