We’re looking for a hands-on junior talent who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and actively help scale our ecommerce and performance marketing activities.
As Junior Ecommerce & Performance Marketing Associate, you will work directly with our Head of Ecommerce & Performance Marketing and support the daily execution and continuous optimization of our digital sales ecosystem across Shopify and Amazon.
You will be the "engine room" of Precon’s and Still You’s digital presence helping our strategy have maximum impact. Your goal is to ensure that every visitor and customer enjoys a shopping experience that is consistent to their specific user journey and adapted to their needs. This means: keeping our Shopify store sharp, preparing content for performance campaigns, supporting Amazon optimization, and helping us test new ideas, features, and tools (including AI-driven ones).
Shopify Store & Shop Content
-Day-to-day maintenance and optimization of the Precon and Still You online shop
- Ensure our online shops are always up to date and conversion-ready
- Create and manage new products in Shopify (e.g. limited editions)
- Spot opportunities for improvements and prepare the content accordingly (new creatives, copy, sections, etc.)
-Prepare content for SEO/GEO and CRO in accordance with testing roadmaps
- Create and improve content with a high SEO/GEO relevance
- Prepare content for A/B tests, including both copy and creative
- Prepare and coordinate new features for testing (e.g. quizzes, diet plans, loyalty features, or similar)
-Maintain and update additional languages
- Dutch, French, Italian, English (content coordination, not translation from scratch)
-Prepare and adapt landing pages for different channels and angles
- Meta vs. Native vs. other channels
- Product comparison vs. testimonials vs. educational content
- Bundles vs. single products
-Support agencies with structured, conversion-focused content inputs
-Ensure landing pages align with campaign messaging and performance goals
-Prepare written content for Amazon product optimization
- Product descriptions, bullet points, structured content
-Support the rebuild and optimization of the Amazon Brand Store and A+ Content
- Content structure and layout (design coordination)
-Support Customer Service when technical ecommerce questions arise
-Identify new tools, tactics, and platforms that can improve performance or scalability
- Including AI tools for content, CRO, personalization, or workflow automation
-Actively bring ideas, improvements, and learnings to the team
