Junior Designer (Video-First)
Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time Path
We’re hiring a junior designer with a strong focus on short-form video editing and a solid foundation in static design.
This role is video-first. Static design skills are required.
- Editing short-form paid ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Creating variations for creative testing
- Designing static ads and email graphics
- Assisting with email campaign visuals
- Supporting landing page visuals when needed
- Working closely with our creative strategist and performance team
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on video editing experience
- Minimum 1 year of graphic design experience
- Experience editing performance-driven ads, not just aesthetic content
- Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, subtitles, and retention mechanics
- Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Ability to work in a fast-paced performance environment
- Comfortable receiving direct creative feedback
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience designing email graphics
- Experience in ecommerce or DTC brands
- Basic understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and hook rate
- Remote role
- Starting part-time with clear path to full-time
- Compensation aligned with experience and region
- Time zone overlap with North America required
We care about output, speed, and improvement. This is not a passive design role. You will be producing performance creative that drives revenue.
