About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will analyze large datasets, build predictive models, develop machine learning solutions, and generate actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to solve real-world problems using data-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Develop predictive and statistical models to solve business challenges.
- Build and deploy machine learning algorithms and AI solutions.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.
- Perform data mining, trend analysis, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to optimize data pipelines.
- Design experiments and evaluate model performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Work with cloud platforms and big data technologies for scalable analytics solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and database systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI projects.
- Knowledge of Spark, Hadoop, or big data technologies.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud technologies.
