About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Data Entry Specialist (Healthcare) to join our growing team on an initial 6-month contract (36 hours per week), with a strong possibility of a permanent position.
The role is fully remote within the Netherlands, with in-person team meetups in Amsterdam every one to two weeks.
Preferred start date: 1 August 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with data, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Your primary responsibility will be researching, validating, and maintaining healthcare data through structured online research. You’ll collect, verify, and update information in our databases while ensuring every record is accurate, complete, and fully traceable.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work while also being proactive enough to spot inconsistencies, ask questions, and suggest smarter ways of working.
As you become familiar with our processes, you’ll also have opportunities to improve workflows by incorporating AI and other data tools into your day-to-day work.
What You’ll Do
· Research healthcare professionals, hospitals, and treatment centres through structured online research.
· Collect, validate, and maintain high-quality healthcare data.
· Enter and update information in internal databases.
· Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
· Document research sources and maintain complete traceability.
· Identify inconsistencies and resolve data quality issues.
· Contribute ideas to improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks using AI and other data tools.
Must-Haves
· Reside in the Netherlands and possess a valid BSN number.
· Available to start on 1 September 2026.
· Excellent English communication skills (Dutch is not required).
· Willing to meet the team in Amsterdam every one to two weeks.
· Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate, consistent work.
· Curious about healthcare and motivated to learn about hospitals, diseases, healthcare professionals, and the wider healthcare landscape.
· A proactive mindset with strong critical-thinking skills—you enjoy spotting inconsistencies, asking questions, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
· Able to work independently, manage your own workload, and clearly document your work.
· Recent HBO graduate or early-career professional with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
Nice-to-Haves
· Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
· Basic dashboarding or data visualization skills.
