The Role
• Participate in an intensive four-week development program focusing on technical and personal skills.
• Develop and deepen skills in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and Power BI.
• Analyze and structure data to create insights and reports.
• Apply theoretical knowledge directly to practical assignments and client projects.
• Work on concrete data challenges such as analyses, dashboards, data modeling, and reporting.
• Be supported by a dedicated Talent Manager for professional and personal growth.
What You'll Need
• A completed or nearly completed Master's degree in a STEM field.
• Strong interest in data analysis and data-driven work.
• Basic experience with Python, R, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback and development.
• Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and confidence in tackling new challenges.
• Ambition to develop quickly and take responsibility in your work.
