Job Overview
We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Junior Creative Producer who is passionate about entertainment and first-class creative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing creative visions to life, has exceptional organisational skills, and enjoys collaborating with creatives to deliver high-quality creative content for social media and digital use.
You will be part of the team who oversees the whole production process for a variety of projects, managing briefing, scoping of jobs, edits, motion and static graphics, sound design, and final delivery.
You will help to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standard. This position involves close collaboration with our global production and creative team, maintaining smooth workflows across multiple time zones and ensuring alignment throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
Creative execution and delivery
- Supports the team in delivering the client’s creative needs on a campaign. Will take the lead on smaller projects, with support from a senior team member
- Understands the campaign’s creative deliverables, specs and timelines
- Prepares and assigns accurate briefs, sharing completed creative with senior member of the team for sign off prior to client review
- Supports those responsible for successful day to day progress on the campaign
- Collaborates closely with the designer to push the creative further
- Is proactive and aims to exceed client expectations
- Works in a way to support the whole producer team, contributing to success across the agency
Costings,timings, resource
- Is aware of production timelines and works efficiently to stay on track, flagging any concerns to a senior member of the team
- Supports on costing, seeking estimates from design team to inform costs and timelines
- Understands social media and digital content format specs, client brand guidelines and delivery requirements
- Understands the skillset of the design team and raises resource challenges with senior members of the team
- Responsible for scheduling of allocated campaigns and assigns the best designer for the job
- Regularly monitors tracks budget burn rates, keeping relevant team members informed
- Is flexible and quickly adapts to changing campaign timelines and priorities
- Supports the accounts and social team in all aspects of creative deliverables

- Plays an important role in helping work being delivered on time and within budget
- Is flexible to changing campaign needs and timelines, working well under pressure
- Works efficiently and meticulously, with a strong eye for detail
- Works harmoniously with accounts, producers and design teams to work in the most efficient way and implement learnings for future campaigns
- Is social media savvy. Has a desire to understand changing industry specs and emerging technologies
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable communicating with clients when required
- Has a desire to learn and successfully deliver a wide variety of creative campaigns
- An individual who is passionate about entertainment and fandoms and shows this through the work they produce
