As a Junior Content Writer at ZayZoon, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and informative content tailored to our HR and people ops audience within small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will be responsible for producing a variety of content types, including blogs, white papers, reports, guides, web copy, social media copy, ad copy, scripts, and event collateral. Your primary focus will be on translating our company's mission and values into compelling narratives that resonate emotionally with our audience while educating the marketplace about Earned Wage Access and its benefits to payroll partners, employers, and employees.

- Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and latest developments in HR, payroll, and fintech industries, and incorporate insights into content creation
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align content strategies with business objectives and support integrated marketing campaigns
- Has a passion for writing and storytelling, with a desire to make a meaningful impact through your work
- Demonstrates strong writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with target audiences
- Possesses a basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with a curiosity for learning and staying updated on industry trends and developments

- 1-2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or related fields, with a portfolio showcasing writing samples across various formats and channels
