The Role
Assist in the successful delivery of Power BI dashboard implementation project. This role will involve coordinating project activities and support Power BI consultants in workshops and with documentation to ensure the project runs smoothly, on time and within scope.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate project tasks and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, risks and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document and analyse project requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes and action items.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and track performance metrics.
- Ensure that all project activities are aligned with the project plan and organisational objectives.
- Support the project team in maintaining communication and coordination across departments.
- Manage project deliverables and timelines to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall etc.)
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to perform data analysis and interpret insights to guide project decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve project issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of Power BI or business intelligence projects is a plus.
**This role is predominantly remote, however resources are required to attend meetings in London when necessary, with no additional costs incurred.**
