Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are passionate about analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to identify business needs and help deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Assist in creating business process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases and validating system functionality.
- Document business requirements, meeting notes, and project deliverables.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related role (internships are welcome).
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts).
- Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Understanding of databases and data analysis concepts.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart is a plus.
