Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, user stories, and process walkthroughs.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business users and managers.
- Perform data extraction and analysis to validate requirements, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Support testing and validation of solutions—prepare test cases, execute UAT support, and log defects.
- Maintain clear process documentation, requirements artifacts, and version-controlled deliverables.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of agreed solutions.
