About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in business analysis and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in creating business process flows, reports, and functional documentation.
- Support data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and business solutions.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Help track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and status reports for management.
- Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain accurate project and business documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Internship or academic project experience in business analysis or data analysis.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
- Understanding of data visualization and reporting concepts.
