Your mission as a Junior BI Manager

We are excited to welcome a Junior Business Intelligence Manager to our data team at Appinio!You'll play a key role in making data accessible across the company by improving reporting and delivering actionable insights that drive impactful decisions.We're looking for someone enthusiastic and full of ideas to help shape our business and data culture.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards using analytical tools like Tableau.
  • Collaborate with senior BI managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and help translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform basic data analysis, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decision-making processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting routine data validation checks and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
  • Document BI processes, data sources, and workflows to ensure team-wide transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure the BI strategy aligns with business goals.

You will thrive in this role if

  • Strong foundational knowledge in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting meaningful insights from data.
  • Basic understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in data management, reporting, and BI strategy.
