Job Title: Junior Account Executive

Compensation: Competitive base + variable (market range for US junior AE roles in SaaS typically $60K–$85K base, OTE $80K–$130K; details provided upon discussion)
A fast-growing SaaS platform is seeking a junior account executive with experience working in B2B SaaS organizations. Past experience in companies like Zoho & Hubspot is highly preferred.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct outbound prospecting and generate pipeline through calls, emails, and targeted outreach.
- Qualify leads via initial discovery conversations and align solutions to prospect needs.
- Build relationships and guide prospects through early sales stages.
- Collaborate with senior AEs and marketing to advance opportunities.
- Track activities and maintain accurate pipeline in CRM.
Must-Haves
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (SDR, inside sales, or junior AE)
- Exposure to SaaS sales environments (CRM, marketing automation, or similar tools)
- Experience working with or selling platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable SaaS solutions
- Strong communication skills and comfort with outbound outreach
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Legally authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available)
