Role Snapshot
- Support the development of advanced legal reasoning models by contributing litigation expertise across civil disputes, motion practice, discovery, and trial-related workflows.
Core Responsibilities
- Design realistic litigation scenarios (e.g., motions, discovery strategy, depositions, briefs, case analysis)
- Produce high-quality reference responses at attorney-level standard
- Evaluate model-generated outputs using structured rubrics
- Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance
- Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration exercises
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in civil litigation within a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal environment
- Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution
- Familiarity with litigation workflows including motion practice, discovery, and case strategy development
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
