- Assist the scheduling team in maintaining and developing construction project schedules using Primavera P6 Software
- Generate periodic reports on productivity, labor, and forecasting to support project management
- Coordinate weekly schedule updates to support construction management efforts
- Work with project teams to identify key construction activities and create resource-loaded schedules
- Participate in the maintenance of periodic status reports to keep management and customers informed on project metrics
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 year of experience with Primavera P6, project scheduling, or construction project management
- Solid working knowledge of Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
- Experience in general project management principles, including risk analysis and quality assurance
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
- Capable of defining problems, collecting data, and drawing valid conclusions
- Willingness to occasionally travel (less than 5%)
