About The Company
At CTI, a Parsons Company, we specialize in delivering advanced technology solutions that enable our end-users to perceive and interpret the invisible battlespace. Our mission is centered around providing critical capabilities across a broad spectrum of operational domains, including spectrum operations, communications, cyberspace, information space, human terrain, gray space, geo‑intelligence, modeling & simulation, ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), JADC2 (Joint All‑Domain Command and Control), and covert operations. These integrated solutions are designed to drive mission success, close the Kill Chain, and ensure operational superiority for our clients.
We seek individuals who are intellectually curious, self-motivated, committed to excellence, and eager to learn and grow. Our tools of choice include the Atlassian suite, Git, Gradle, IntelliJ, and Slack, but we prioritize using the best commercial, open-source, or internally developed technologies suited for each challenge. Our small team environment allows each member to significantly influence the technical direction of projects, fostering innovation and collaboration.
About The Role
We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging software applications that support our critical defense and intelligence missions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define new features, improve existing functionalities, and ensure the highest standards of software quality. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of our solutions in real-world operational scenarios.
This position offers the opportunity to work primarily remotely within the United States, with occasional travel to support client engagements, team collaboration, training, or field operations. The role is contingent upon the successful award of a related contract, and employment will commence only if the contract is secured.
