- Provide detailed information on product specifications, pricing, and available support services
- Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference
- Collaborate with the technical team to address complex issues and enhance customer service
- Stay updated on the latest tech trends and company offerings to provide accurate assistance
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the technology sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage tasks efficiently
