This role involves providing immediate support and assistance to Italian-speaking customers experiencing roadside emergencies, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

- Respond promptly to roadside assistance requests from Italian-speaking clients via phone and other communication channels
- Assess the situation accurately and coordinate appropriate emergency services such as towing, repairs, or other assistance
- Provide clear, compassionate communication to customers during stressful situations
- Document all interactions and service activities thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and effective customer support
- Stay informed about company policies, emergency procedures, and service offerings to enhance service quality
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English or Greek is an advantage
- Experience in emergency roadside assistance, customer service, or related fields is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation costs covered
