As an Italian Client Relations Specialist, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with our Italian-speaking clients. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional service and support, ensuring clients feel valued and understood throughout their journey with us.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture client relationships with our Italian-speaking clientele through various communication channels
• Address inquiries and concerns with a focus on providing thorough and timely resolutions
• Document client interactions meticulously in our CRM system to facilitate seamless service
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly desirable
• Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or a relevant field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A client-centric attitude with a focus on building long-lasting relationships
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with various technology platforms and the ability to learn new software quickly
