IT Support Engineer 80%-100% - Zurich
Based in Zurich, our client is a growing IT provider supporting business across Switzerland. They are expanding their service desk team and are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer.
Tech Stack:
Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint Online, Windows, Client Hardware, Networking (Firewall, Routing, Switching), VoIP (Microsoft Teams, 3CX), Ticketing Systems, Remote Support Tools, Documentation, IT Support, Service Desk, ICT Support
About the Role:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support to customers via phone and remote access, ensuring fast and effective resolution of technical issues. You’ll handle incidents independently, install and maintain hardware and software, document solutions, and collaborate closely with system engineers and project teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in ICT support, service desk, or a similar technical support role.
- Completed vocational training in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and SharePoint Online.
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (firewall, routing, switching).
- Experience with VoIP solutions (Microsoft Teams or 3CX)
