This is a remote contract role for an IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified IT candidates for roles. Responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, using innovative sourcing strategies, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. The recruiter will also engage in effective communication with stakeholders and maintain a pipeline of top IT talent.
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates efficiently
- Strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting experience with an understanding of the IT and technology landscape
- Knowledge of Recruiting best practices, including the usage of Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to operate remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Background in building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
