Your Activities
- Implementation of internal GVB IT projects (in particular further development of the document management system, qualified electronic signature)
- Responsibility for planning and implementing IT projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Regular reporting on project status to the relevant committees
- Digitization of business processes
- Technical support for the document management system and the platform for qualified electronic signatures
- Completed commercial training or studies in computer science or comparable subjects, ideally with a focus on project management
- Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of project management, ideally IPMA, PRINCE2 or comparable certification
- Knowledge of process management and modeling is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of project management tools
- Strong communication, analytical and conceptual skills
- Solution-oriented way of working, ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate
