Role Overview
We are hiring an IT Manager to lead the IT function and the team that runs it. The role spans systems, security basics, and people leadership — keeping the company productive and the platforms reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of IT support and systems administrators
- Own IT roadmap, budget, and vendor relationships
- Oversee identity, access, MDM, and SaaS administration
- Partner with security on baseline controls and compliance
- Lead incident response and major IT projects
- Develop policies, procedures, and runbooks for the IT function
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT, with at least 2 years managing IT staff
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration
- Hands-on experience with MDM, identity, and SaaS platforms
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) is a plus
