Position: Computer & Information Systems Manager

Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end computer and information systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor IT teams, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and projects.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and vendors to enhance system capabilities.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure clear, timely communication across teams, providing technical guidance and updates.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing complex computer and information systems in medium to large organizations.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed environment.
