What You'll Do
- Provide expert technical support for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues across our diverse tech stack.
- Monitor system performance and security, responding proactively to issues and alerts within our environment.
- Manage our technology systems, including servers, databases, and network infrastructure. You'll be working with AWS services like Lambda, EC2, S3, and Athena, alongside Ubiquiti networking solutions.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data for various business units. You'll develop impactful data models and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI to drive effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery and quality of technology solutions.
- Lead technology projects from beginning to end, ensuring they align with business goals and are completed on time and within budget.
- Travel up to 30% to property sites in Texas, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina to provide hands-on support for hardware and software systems.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with ticketing systems (ideally Zoho Desk), system administration, including managing servers, databases, and network infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills and practical experience with data management and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven project management experience, including managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus!
