Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IT Admin Coordinator. The IT Admin Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support, overseeing network and system administration processes, troubleshooting IT concerns, and ensuring smooth operations of IT infrastructure. Additionally, the role may involve coordinating with other teams to implement and maintain IT best practices.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to effectively address and resolve user issues
  • Knowledge and experience in Network Administration to monitor and manage network systems
  • Skills in System Administration to oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology principles and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse team remotely
  • Relevant certifications in IT or a related field are a plus
