Primary job title (standardized): Investment Banking Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, go-forward underwriting, and sensitivity analyses) to support transaction valuation and investment decisions.
  • Prepare client-ready pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and investor materials that clearly communicate transaction rationale and return profiles.
  • Support end-to-end execution of M&A, capital-raising, and structured finance transactions—coordinate due diligence, manage data-room activities, and track closing timelines.
  • Perform market, comparable-asset, and precedent-transaction analyses; synthesize findings into concise recommendations for senior bankers and clients.
  • Maintain deal pipelines, update internal dashboards, and produce regular performance and pipeline reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accuracy of deliverables and timely stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, real estate finance, private equity, or corporate finance with demonstrable transaction exposure.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; fully remote role with occasional travel for client meetings or deal closings as required.
