Role Description

As an Investment Analyst at Phi Equity, you will work closely with project teams on industry research and capital markets advisory engagements across frontier technology sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct industry and market research to analyze sector trends and map technology value chains

• Identify and evaluate emerging companies and investment opportunities within targeted sectors

• Support the preparation of fundraising materials including investor presentations, data rooms and analytical reports

• Assist in financial analysis, company bench marking and business model assessment

• Collaborate with the team to support the execution of financing and capital markets advisory projects


Qualifications

• 0–2 years of work experience. 2026 graduates are welcome to apply

• This role is based in Shanghai. Candidates should be currently located in Shanghai or willing to relocate.

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a top university in China or overseas

• Strong interest in technology and capital markets

• Excellent analytical and research capabilities with strong attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

• Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting or equity research is preferred

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial analysis and AI tools is a plus
