We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and proactive Inventory Logistics Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will oversee all inventory operations and procurement processes, ensuring that our technicians have the right parts at the right time to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing supply chain workflows, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating across departments to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, purchase order issuance, and relationship management. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze inventory trends, demand patterns, and technician utilization to optimize stock levels, reduce stockouts, and improve order fulfillment rates.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage analytical skills to evaluate inventory metrics, forecast demand, and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover rates, fill rates, and inventory accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with service operations, dispatching, and technician teams to anticipate parts needs and ensure seamless workflows that support narrow service windows and client satisfaction.
- System & Process Improvement: Utilize inventory management software to streamline workflows. Continuously evaluate and improve inventory processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and eco-friendly practices.
- Experience: Proven track record in inventory accuracy, inventory control, and supply chain management, preferably within the service, appliance, or field-service industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with inventory management software and systems; experience with ERP platforms is a plus. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) are highly desirable.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex inventory data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in inventory management principles, including demand forecasting, cycle counting, and safety stock optimization.
- Experience in procurement and vendor relationship management, including negotiation and contract oversight.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
