What The Role Really Is

This is not a content scheduler role.This is a positioning role.You will shape how Formed is perceived across digital platforms — visually, strategically, and narratively.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow our Social Media presence
  • Design high-quality visuals in Figma (non-negotiable)
  • Translate projects into engaging, design-led storytelling
  • Build structured content calendars aligned with business goals
  • Optimize posts for engagement, reach & strategic positioning
  • Collaborate with IT, Animation, and Academy teams


What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in Social Media Management (B2B preferred)
  • Advanced Figma skills (layouts, typography, visual systems)
  • Deep understanding of Social Media growth & content psychology
  • Strong copywriting ability (clear, sharp, intentional)
  • Aesthetic sensitivity aligned with premium digital brands Structured thinking + execution discipline
