What You’ll Do
As a Growth Marketing Intern, you’ll support the Paid Media Manager in executing and optimizing paid campaigns that drive real business results. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Uploading and managing ads across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and Reddit
- Conducting competitor ad benchmarking and analyzing industry trends
- Supporting market research and audience insights across EU markets
- Assisting with campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Contributing to creative testing, helping identify which visuals and messages perform best
You’re digitally savvy, analytical, and creative — someone who’s excited to learn the full spectrum of growth marketing. You are:
- Currently resident in Sweden and have legal right to work in Sweden
- Passionate about digital marketing, performance ads, and social media
- Detail-oriented and confident working with spreadsheets and data
- A fast learner who enjoys experimentation and data-driven decision-making
- Familiar with (or eager to learn) Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Reddit Ads
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Excited about understanding how growth strategies differ across European markets
- Experience in social media ad content creation, such as: Designing simple ad visuals or videos for Instagram, Facebook, or Snapchat
- Experience within Meta Ad Managers/ Google Ads or similar platforms
What You’ll Gain

- Full-time Paid internship - Salary/Compensation: 25 000 SEK per month
