AI & Innovation Sales Partner (Commission-Based)

Are you passionate about AI, innovation, and helping businesses grow? At Gaddr, we’re looking for a Sales Partner who can connect organizations with cutting-edge AI solutions, innovation teams, and advisory services while building a strong pipeline and driving revenue.


Role Overview

You will act as a trusted AI & innovation advisor to businesses, helping them identify growth opportunities through AI-driven solutions and innovation workflows. This is a commission-based role from the start, where earnings are directly tied to deals closed and projects delivered.


Key Responsibilities

*Drive B2B sales for AI advisory, innovation teams, and AI-powered solutions

*Identify and engage decision-makers across industries (e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, etc.)

*Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities

*Develop tailored proposals with clear ROI and impact

*Leverage LinkedIn, email outreach, and smart sales tools for lead generation

*Build and maintain long-term client relationships

*Collaborate with internal teams (Dev, Design, PM) to align solutions with client needs.

*We are at the early stage of restarting our startup

*The goal is to learn and grow skills as the main priority,

*You will be part of our Gaddr Academy with recurring workshops


Please Note

This is a commission-based role at the start. All external projects generated are revenue-driven, and compensation is distributed to those involved in delivering each project. This role is ideal for individuals confident in sales and motivated by performance-based earnings.
