AI & Innovation Sales Partner (Commission-Based)
Are you passionate about AI, innovation, and helping businesses grow? At Gaddr, we’re looking for a Sales Partner who can connect organizations with cutting-edge AI solutions, innovation teams, and advisory services—while building a strong pipeline and driving revenue.
Role Overview
You will act as a trusted AI & innovation advisor to businesses, helping them identify growth opportunities through AI-driven solutions and innovation workflows. This is a commission-based role from the start, where earnings are directly tied to deals closed and projects delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales for AI advisory, innovation teams, and AI-powered solutions
Identify and engage decision-makers across industries (e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, etc.)
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities
Develop tailored proposals with clear ROI and impact
Leverage LinkedIn, email outreach, and smart sales tools for lead generation
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams (Dev, Design, PM) to align solutions with client needs
Please Note
This is a commission-based role at the start. All external projects generated are revenue-driven, and compensation is distributed to those involved in delivering each project. This role is ideal for individuals confident in sales and motivated by performance-based earnings.
