Responsibilities:

- Handle hotel reservations and bookings for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to their preferences
- Coordinate with hotels to confirm availability, rates, and special requests
- Provide recommendations and advice on accommodations based on client needs and budget
- Respond to inquiries and assist clients with hotel-related queries promptly and professionally
- Resolve issues related to reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of reservations and client interactions using our CRM system
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all travel arrangements align with client itineraries
- Verify the accuracy of reservation details and ensure all client preferences are met
- Monitor booking confirmations and follow up to ensure seamless execution of hotel stays
