Your mission:
- Deliver exclusive facial and body treatments using Nescens' high-performance cosmeceutical formulations
- Train and support spa partners, therapists and clients in the application of Nescens products and treatment protocols
- Lead educational workshops, product launches and training events to promote Nescens’ expertise and treatment philosophy
- Ensure consistent treatment excellence and elevate the client experience across our spa partner network
- Represent Nescens at professional events, training sessions and industry conferences
Your profile:
- Certified Beautician / Aesthetician
- Proven experience in the spa industry, ideally within luxury spas or wellness destinations
- Previous experience delivering professional product and treatment training
- Passion for skincare and science-driven cosmetic innovation
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- French and German are a plus
- Willingness to travel
