Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and strengthen relationships with international distribution partners across your assigned territories
- Support the successful launch of new instruments and reagent products into global markets
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and ensure quarterly and annual revenue objectives are achieved
- Work with leadership to implement regional pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for the product portfolio
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback, communicating findings clearly to internal stakeholders
- Drive regional growth initiatives and identify opportunities to expand market share
- Lead regular business review meetings with distribution partners to evaluate performance and align on future objectives
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal marketing teams and distributor partners
- Provide commercial support during tenders, customer meetings, product demonstrations and industry exhibitions
- Assist the Director of International Sales with budgeting, distributor planning and wider commercial activities
- Deliver product, sales and application training to distributors and end users across the portfolio
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Business, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least five years' international sales experience within Immunohistochemistry (IHC), In Situ Hybridization (ISH/FISH/CISH), molecular pathology, histopathology or the wider IVD diagnostics market
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering commercial growth across international territories
- Strong business development, negotiation and distributor management experience
- Previous involvement in product launches, distributor education and performance management
- Good understanding of IVDR, CE-IVD, ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements for diagnostic products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships across different cultures and markets
- Experience using CRM systems, sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Fluent English is essential; German or additional languages would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 40%).
- A proactive, commercially driven individual who can work independently across multiple regions and time zones.
