A remote opportunity for an International Leadership Consultant based in Switzerland, operating as an independent professional partner (self‑employed/independent contractor). You’ll engage individuals seeking clarity, confidence, leadership growth, and lifestyle alignment, guiding them through a structured development pathway.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery conversations focused on goals, strengths, and future direction.
- Support onboarding and mentorship for new participants.
- Guide individuals through leadership and personal development programmes.
- Participate in internationally organised online trainings, workshops, and leadership events.
- Leverage digital platforms to expand your reach across Switzerland and globally.
- Facilitate conversations on mindset, emotional intelligence, leadership, and self‑development.
- Build meaningful relationships within a supportive international community.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust across cultures and backgrounds.
- Experience in consulting, leadership, mentoring, education, coaching, wellness, HR, or similar client‑facing environments is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage remote professional interactions.
- Genuine interest in leadership, personal growth, and lifestyle design.
