A remote opportunity for an International Leadership Consultant based in Switzerland, operating as an independent professional partner (self‑employed/independent contractor). EU International Leadership Consultant | Remote
This is not a traditional salaried position. This is not a coaching business where you build a brand, create courses, or grow a following from scratch.
It's an independent contractor opportunity within the personal development and leadership education industry — with established premium products, proven systems, and global live experiences already in place.
You bring the drive. The infrastructure is there.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery conversations focused on goals, strengths, and future direction.
- Support onboarding and mentorship for new participants.
- Guide individuals through leadership and personal development programmes.
- Participate in internationally organised online trainings, workshops, and leadership events.
- Leverage digital platforms to expand your reach across Switzerland and globally.
- Facilitate conversations on mindset, emotional intelligence, leadership, and self‑development.
- Build meaningful relationships within a supportive international community.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Background in consulting, leadership, mentoring, education, coaching, wellness, HR, or other people-focused professional environments highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage remote professional interactions.
- Genuine interest in personal growth, leadership development, and intentional lifestyle design.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented, with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
