Randstad Professional Sales &. Marketing Division, specialized in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management, for an international company operating in the wholesale of cosmetics, personal hygiene products and parapharmaceuticals, is looking for a:
INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT - COSMETICS
Reporting to the International Head of Sales FMCG, the profile will be responsible for the development of both new and existing clients.
Specifically, he will:
- Prospect search for non-European & European customers in the cosmetics, perfumes, haircare & personal care sectors;
- Monitoring and analysis of product price data/statistics, sales, turnover, margins, markets;
- Management of the relationship with suppliers and category buyers;
- Negotiation and commercial agreements and management of logistics flows.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Educational background in business/technology
• At least 5 years' experience in import/export sales focused on Cosmetics, Fragrances, Haircare and Healthcare;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
Problem solving, proactivity, focus on results and operational autonomy complete the profile.
Netherlands but availability for business trips to Italy (Naples)
