- Trading on international financial markets: The company offers access to trading in the Forex market (foreign exchange), as well as Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on stocks, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies
- Investment products: The company provides various investment opportunities, including PAMM accounts (portfolio management), trade copying, and portfolio strategy investments
- Educational resources: The company also offers extensive educational resources for its clients, including webinars, training materials, and market analysis
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and managing contracts in accordance with the legislation of offshore jurisdictions and English law
- Providing legal support for the creation, reorganization, and liquidation of companies in various jurisdictions, including offshore zones and free economic zones in Asia
- Working with sanctions databases such as OFAC, the UK, and Asian countries, and conducting due diligence checks on counterparties
- Organizing and supporting the process of opening bank accounts and working with payment systems worldwide, ensuring compliance with KYC procedures
- Preparing legal opinions and recommendations on foreign legislation matters
- Monitoring legal changes in foreign jurisdictions and researching promising jurisdictions
- Negotiating and liaising with foreign consultants
- A completed higher education degree in law
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English for contract management and negotiations (B2+ or higher)
- Legal English
- Knowledge of the fundamentals and principles of English law and corporate law
- Understanding of AML procedures and basic KYC requirements
- Strong contract drafting and analysis skills with a focus on business objectives
- Positive experience in consulting
