Our growing insurance agency is seeking a Bilingual International Client Support Coordinator to support our U.S.-based sales and service team. This is a non-licensed, administrative support role focused on client onboarding, policy servicing tasks, CRM updates, and appointment support.
You will work closely with our licensed agents to ensure clients receive timely communication, accurate documentation, and a high-quality service experience — all while operating within clearly defined, compliant processes.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys structured work, client communication, and long-term growth with a stable U.S. agency.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central Time (U.S.)
Full-time, consistent schedule
Eligible Countries
Mexico, Columbia, Argentina, and Brazil

Responsibilities
- Assist with client onboarding (welcome communications, document collection, follow-ups)
- Process service requests that do not require an insurance license
- Prepare and send Certificates of Insurance using pre-approved templates (no coverage changes)
- Log and track activities accurately in the CRM
- Confirm and re-confirm client appointments
- Manage alerts, reminders, and follow-up tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients in Spanish and English
- Escalate any coverage questions or non-standard requests to licensed agents
- Support internal team with administrative and operational tasks
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable following SOPs and checklists
- Professional phone and written communication skills
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work U.S. Central Time business hours
- Experience in customer service, admin support, or call center work preferred
- Insurance experience a plus, but not required
