The role is focused on driving sales through distributor sales and education teams for a professional hair & beauty brand. Responsibilities
- Lead from the front and build a great culture within the distributor sales team and organisations
- Attend and present at distributor sales team meetings
- Train on product knowledge, education and sales process
- Support the field sales team through attending salon visits to win key relationships
- Directly target and acquire key accounts, integrating them to distributor
- Assist implementation of incentive programs
- Mentor and Trouble-shoot with distributors and salons.
Person Requirements
- Experience of working within the hair or beauty professional market, with knowledge of the salon markets and distributors.
- Proactive mindset and the ability to respond with clarity when problem solving
- Engaging communication style
- Inspiring leadership skills
- Commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales
- Ability to travel internationally and stay away from home.
