Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from one of our home countries in the UK, Sweden, Malta, Hungary, Spain, or Poland

What the role entails 


As an Internal IT Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering secure, reliable, and user-focused IT services across the organisation. You will support employees with technical issues, manage devices and access, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal IT operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Some of the key responsibilities of our Internal IT Engineer will be: 

  • Provision and manage end-user devices using modern endpoint management platforms.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and hardware configuration.
  • Administer user access and permissions across identity and collaboration systems.
  • Respond to service requests and incidents through the IT service management platform.
  • Provide remote and in-person technical support to employees across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain internal documentation and contribute to user training and onboarding sessions.
  • Monitor system health and performance, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Participate in incident response and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
  • Coordinate hardware recovery and secure data handling during offboarding.
  • Assist with onboarding and managing mobile devices across the organisation.

What we ask of you 


  • Proven experience in IT support, service delivery, or systems administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Strong background in Microsoft-related skills and products
  • Familiarity with onboarding and managing mobile devices using MDM solutions
  • Basic understanding of core system administration concepts, including Active Directory, DNS, IP addressing, and subnetting.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management, endpoint provisioning, and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with ITSM tools and remote support technologies.
  • Ability to document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar are advantageous.
  • Experience working in a regulated or security-conscious environment.
