Vice President Strategy – Switzerland

We are seeking a forward-thinking and analytically sharp Vice President of Strategy to lead the development, execution, and alignment of our long-term business strategy. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will drive high-impact strategic initiatives and help shape the future of our organization across global markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and refine the company’s corporate strategy in alignment with long-term business goals
- Identify new growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects, from M&A evaluation to business model innovation
- Advise the CEO and senior leadership on key decisions, risks, and investment priorities
- Drive strategic planning cycles, OKRs, and executive reporting
- Represent strategy across key internal and external stakeholder groups
What You Bring:
- 8–12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related fields
- Proven track record in building and executing strategies at a senior level
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing M&A, market entry, transformation, or innovation programs
- Fluent in English (German and/or French highly preferred)
- Prior experience in international or Swiss markets is a plus
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
