Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site checks every day: Perform daily checks on the website to ensure all offers are correct and the site is functioning properly. Report any issues to the e-merchandising team
- Assist with cross functions for eMerch: Always-on content updates and project page refreshes, Translation management, NPL: content checks and daily site walks, Refresh Validations and ALT image trnslation and renaming.
- InRiver admin tasks: default SKU settings, OCD updates, assortment creation and updates
- CMS tasks: URL updates, quick fixes, small requests, and last-minute changes
- NET store updates
- Degree in progress or recently completed in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Previous experience in E-commerce.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
- Understanding of digital media and advertising platforms (experience is a plus).
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus
- Exposure to the inner workings of one of the world’s leading beauty companies.
- Hands-on experience in campaign management, media planning, and creative operations.
