What You’ll Do:
- Plan and conduct weekly workshops on management topics
- Teach practical, real-world concepts (not just theory)
- Integrate AI tools and workflows into management practices
- Research the latest trends in Project Management, Product Management, Operations & Strategy, and AI-driven decision-making.
- Create clear and structured learning materials, including presentations, case studies, and exercises.
- Design easy-to-understand study content for different skill levels
- Collect and incorporate feedback to improve sessions
- Support team members in achieving their individual learning goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational background in Business, Management, or a Project Management degree (preferred), or another relevant field.
- Strong understanding of management fundamentals
- Ability to teach and explain concepts clearly
- Research-oriented with a strong analytical and curious mindset
- Proactive in learning and applying new trends
- Ability to break down complex topics into simple, actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create structured and engaging learning content
- Genuine interest in AI and its application in management
- Focus on delivering real value and practical skills
- Proficiency in AI and digital tools for management applications
