We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer to join a collaborative team on innovative, high-impact projects. This role involves developing functional and visually compelling design solutions, contributing to all stages of project development from concept through construction documentation. The ideal candidate will balance creativity with technical proficiency, coordinating closely with project managers, senior designers, and consultants to ensure designs meet client expectations, budgets, and schedules. Accountabilities

  • Develop interior and architectural designs aligned with project goals, budgets, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and project managers to create innovative design solutions.
  • Conduct space planning, layouts, feasibility studies, and design presentations.
  • Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and project documentation.
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures while ensuring compliance with building codes, ADA regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate design elements effectively.
  • Participate in site visits, surveys, and construction administration activities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and milestones while maintaining high design quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in interior or architectural design.
  • NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure preferred or actively pursuing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling/rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and collaboration tools such as Teams.
  • Strong graphic, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, ADA regulations, sustainable design principles, and material procurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
  • LEED accreditation and experience in commercial, hospitality, or workplace design preferred.
  • Familiarity with MEP coordination, furniture procurement, and construction documentation is a plus.
