Role Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply commercial property insurance policy language, including coverage terms, exclusions, and endorsements.
- Analyze time-element coverages such as business interruption, extra expense, and related claim components.
- Evaluate claims using financial loss methodologies, including expense analysis, offsets, and coverage limits.
- Develop and refine claim scenarios and evaluation frameworks with clear, defensible coverage reasoning.
- Prepare detailed claim documentation, reports, and loss assessments to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI model performance and claims evaluation accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry practices, regulatory requirements, and evolving policy standards.
- Strong experience in commercial property claims, coverage analysis, or related insurance domains.
- Advanced knowledge of insurance policy interpretation and coverage frameworks.
- Ability to produce clear, structured claim analyses grounded in policy language.
- Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing claim-related financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex claim scenarios and priorities.
